Shareholders can now access TDI financial reports and their TDI share holdings from the web site of TDI's stock transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company ("Continental") at www.continentalstock.com.
To register with Continental,call 1-800-509-5586. You will be asked questions pertaining to your account including your Social Security or Tax ID Number. Once all pertinent information is obtained and verified, Continental will give you a Security Code for on-line registration. Please copy down this Security Code.
Next, go to Continental's web site at www.continentalstock.com and click on the Shareholder Log In link under Continental Link. This will bring you to a secured log-in site. In the log-in site, click on the First Time Visitor button on the left panel. It will bring you to the Shareholder Service Page. Click on the New Member Sign-up button and it will bring you to the New Member Registration page. You will find instructions on how to set up your New Member Registration. After you have filled in all the required information, click Proceed. Once you have successfully registered with Continental, you can access TDI financial reports and your account on-line in the future.
